If CentOS is a clone of RHEL, then how is it any different than Oracle's Unbreakable Linux?

EXPERT RESPONSE
CentOS attempts to mirror RHEL, while Oracle has stated they will fix bugs in RHEL ahead of Red Hat fixing them (in other words, they will release patches ahead of Red Hat itself). The two distros should be very similar, but will probably have minor differences.
