Why aren't there more themes for Thunderbird?

Why aren't there more themes for Thunderbird?

Any idea why there are so few themes for Thunderbird? Last time I looked, there were only six themes in all, and none of them really expand on themes in common with Firefox theme (e.g. Silver Skin, Pinball, et al). Am I just looking in the wrong places?

You should start creating one -- it's easy. Just pull apart the Firefox theme you like and build a Thunderbird theme with the same or similar styles. Thunderbird is a bit newer, so themes are still building up for it. Firefox has 76 themes after five months. Thunderbird has only been out a little while so far.
