What is a good antivirus suite for Linux-based e-mail?

In our organization, we are planning to switch over from MS Exchange server to Linux Base Q-Mail server. For the MS exchange server we are using McAfee Netshield and GroupShield for virus protection. Would you kindly suggest an antivirus suite for a Linux-based mail system? We will be continuing using Windows OS for clients.

There are a number of virus scanning and removal tools for Linux. Some are run on incoming e-mail; others work with Samba to scan files as they are being written. I prefer to not suggest or recommend any particular company.

SuSE ships Samba with Vscan, so you might ask what they would recommend. I have heard only good reports about McAfee, Panda, Sophos and others.
