Ubuntu remote backup
I want to use remote backup/support with an Ubuntu server. Is this a good idea? What are the pros/cons of remote with Ubuntu?

Backing up a server is *always* a good idea (except when its not). I use BackupPC to backup my Ubuntu servers. I even wrote an article on BackupPC and how to run the latest version on Ubuntu. Check it out at http://enterpriselinuxlog.blogs.techtarget.com/2008/02/04/backuppc-310-for-ubuntu/. Hope this helps!
