If you are asking for a TOAD equivalent for MySQL then you are in luck. At last month's MySQL User Conference & Expo, Quest Software announced a new version of TOAD for MySQL.
There are other GUI tools available for managing MySQL, some commercial and some open source. The most prominent open source management tools will of course be those developed in-house by MySQL AB. These include the MySQL Control Center, MySQL Administrator, and the upcoming MySQL Query Browser. I have found the new Administrator tool to be quite nice.
Two of the more prominent tools from commercial providers include SQLyog and Navicat. Both offer fully-functional, 30-day trial versions for you to test and evaluate.
