Linux drivers for Lexmark printer/scanners

I have recently installed Ubuntu on my Dell lap top as a dual boot. I need a driver for my Lexmark 2300 series printer and my scanner. Where's the best place to look?

Good luck with that. If you want a good printing experience on Linux, buy Epson or Canon printers. Check for compatibility of the exact model by doing a Web search before you buy. Rember to send feedback to the vendors: tell the sales assistant (and email the manufacturer support line to say) you are using Linux.

Even so, you probably won't find a single device driver that supports the all-in-one printers (printer/scanner/copier/fax machine). You will probably have to do some driver installation to get it all working.
