Is the new Red Hat Enterprise version of Linux open source?

Is the new Red Hat Enterprise version of Linux open source? Can you still download the iso or rpms if you want?
These advanced servers are based on open source and commercial. The consumer version of Red Hat Linux has been turned over to The Fedora Project, a Red Hat sponsored and community supported open source project. Additional information on The Fedora Project can be found at http://fedora.redhat.com/.

Editor's note: You can find out more about Red Hat Enterprise Linux on Red Hat's Website. For more information about Linux distributions, check out our Best Web Links.
