Is there another way to do this query for my PHP chart?
I have a conflict with Internet Explorer when I query MySQL for the chart in this link. The chart will only show the background and continues to try and load the data, but is not successful.
A Mozilla browser has no problem.
The chart is showing NASCAR drivers that have competed in a minimum of 100 races
and showing their winning percentage by way of the number of races run and the number of wins.
If I manually put the numbers in the PHP flash chart, Internet Explorer shows the data in the chart correctly. It is only when we query the database that we have a problem. Here is a link to the chart with manually inserted numbers.

From the sounds of it your problem lies outside the realm of MySQL. I would suggest investigating the interaction of your flash chart with IE vs. Firefox.
