Help! My system crashed.

My system (PC with Red Hat 8) crashed in the middle of the day. Several filesystems refuse to mount with fsck and I have no backups to these systems.

Do you have any idea what I can do or where to start?

Moving forward, can you please tell me how I can mirror disks at the OS level with Linux.
