Do multiple distributions require multiple licenses?
For a company using Linux and open source software products, does each distribution that our IT people download off the Web require a separate license agreement?

The distribution rights depend on the terms of the license. Most often
it involves one license for the entire enterprise with some determination of
the size of the enterprise. Naturally this changes if the provider includes
customization, etc.
