Are there any open source sys man products?

Are there good open source system management software products that could be used in a company with 400 users? We're using a combination of Oracle and MySQL databases on Linux, Apache on Linux for the Web and Windows for administration/office functions.

Check out Nagios. There is a commercial vendor offering a framework built on Nagios called GroundWork.
